On Thursday 10th of May, Stage 2 had an opportunity to meet Lachlan Anderson who played in the Rugby 7’s at the Commonwealth Games representing Australia. We were so privileged to listen to Lachlan speaking about his once in a lifetime experience.
Lachlan is also part of the current Australian 7’s Rugby team where he tours the world playing at different venues representing Australia. We listened to Lachlan speaking about his experiences. Lachlan visited us because of our PBL unit where we are looking at Built Environments with a focus on sporting facilities.
We are also looking at how both Athletes and spectators interact with these environments. He explained what he did and how the stadiums have their own unique touch that suits the environment surrounding it. Lachlan also answered other questions such as, ‘What stadium supplied the best food?’ and ‘What is your favourite stadium to play at?’ We thank Lachlan for visiting Stage 2 and sharing with us interesting information about his awesome adventures.
