Last week, Year 5 FIAT students attended the 2023 Education Mass and Mission Expo at St Patrickβs Cathedral, Parramatta. ππΌ It was an occasion for our students to gather with others in the diocese to celebrate our role in the mission of the Church. They were inspired by the work of other schools. We look forward to what they will bring to continue our mission at St Monicaβs! ππ

π BACK-TO-BACK SHOW DANCE CHAMPIONS π Last night, we competed at the ZING Activ Interschool Challenge!πΊ Thank you to our incredible Dance instructors, Tianna and Ella, for preparing us for a magnificent night! π Thank you to CathWest Innovation College for creating our masterpiece Show Dance t-shirts! π We walked away with several 1st, 2nd and 3rd individual ribbons. YEAR 6 took out their overall grade category and SMNP won the SHOW DANCE category! ππ We are extremely proud of every student who tirelessly rehearsed and gave the night their very best! πͺ© Our teachers were a little bit excited to be part of the evening tooβ¦

Students go wild over Book Week
Read all about it Schools across the Parramatta Local Government Area (LGA) transformed into scenes straight from a fairytale, as students donned their most imaginative costumes for Book Week. Students swapped their school uniforms for a costume inspired by their favourite book character - all to promote the importance of reading.
